Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your TUF data.

This page explains how users, workspace owners, and integration owners can request deletion of data processed by The User Factor, including data connected through supported third-party platforms.

Last updated: August 7, 2026

1. What can be deleted

You can request deletion of your account data, workspace profile data, employee configurations, conversation records, scheduled tasks, approvals, activity logs, and connected platform records that are stored by TUF.

If your request involves a connected third-party account such as a Facebook Page, we can remove the stored connection records and encrypted tokens from TUF. This does not automatically delete content that already exists on the third-party platform.

2. How to submit a deletion request

Email [email protected] with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

Include the email address tied to your TUF account, the workspace name, and the platforms or data areas you want removed.

If you are requesting deletion of connected integration data, include the platform name and any available Page, channel, or account identifier.

3. Verification before deletion

To protect users and organizations, we may verify your identity and your authority to request deletion before removing data.

If the request is made on behalf of a workspace or organization, we may ask for proof that you are an authorized owner or administrator.

4. What happens after your request

After verification, we will review the scope of the request and remove eligible data from active systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and audit-retention obligations.

Some minimal records may be retained where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain basic security logs.

5. Connected platform data

If you want TUF to stop accessing a connected platform account or Page, we will remove the stored connection and credentials from TUF.

For content or data that exists directly on a third-party platform, you may also need to delete or manage that content inside the platform itself.

6. Response status

When possible, we will confirm receipt of your request and notify you when the deletion request has been completed or if additional information is required.
