How The User Factor handles personal and workspace data.

If a workspace owner connects third-party services, TUF may process the account metadata, Page information, tokens, scheduling settings, and publishing activity required to provide the requested service.

We may collect identity and account information such as name, email address, login status, organization name, workspace membership, and role-based permissions.

We may collect workspace and product data such as employee configurations, connection settings, publishing schedules, content drafts, activity logs, approvals, analytics snapshots, and audit history.

When third-party platforms are connected, we may collect limited integration data such as account IDs, Page IDs, channel names, access scopes, and encrypted tokens needed to maintain the connection.

We may also collect technical information such as device/browser data, IP-derived security signals, server logs, and rate-limit data to keep the service available and secure.

We use data to provide the service, authenticate users, maintain workspaces, create and review content, operate connected integrations, schedule tasks, and return results to the user.

We also use data for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, product improvement, legal compliance, and maintaining audit trails for sensitive actions.

If you connect a third-party service such as Facebook Pages, TUF uses the data and permissions granted by you to access only the connected assets needed for the requested workflow.
